Refund and Returns Policy

1. ShopinIndia will issue a full refund for products damaged during shipping. Buyers must provide valid photo or video proof of the damage within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for this refund.
2. If the products are not damaged, but buyers wish to return them for other reasons, ShopinIndia will accept returns on behalf of sellers at our designated return locations. There are two options for this:
   
   a. ShopinIndia generates a return shipping label. Buyers must ship the products using this label to the address provided by our support team. A refund will be issued after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.
   
   b. Customers may arrange return shipping themselves and mail the product to the address shared by our support team. ShopinIndia will refund the product price minus the shipping charges paid by the customer.
3. Returns are accepted only within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned product is shipped within 15 days to be eligible for a refund.
4. Returns are not accepted on food items due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you are not satisfied, a refund may be provided on a case-by-case basis after review by our customer support team.
5. ShopinIndia reserves the right to refuse service, refunds, or returns to buyers who misuse or abuse the return process, including permanent account suspension.

For international orders, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the issue is caused by a seller or logistics error, ShopinIndia will provide a refund based on the investigation outcome.
